Tempestilence , formado em 2003 por Fábio Lupus (V/G) e André Santos (G) na cidade de Campinas (SP) , com o propósito de expressar seus sentimentos através do metal extremo, com letras abordando temas como o frio, lobos e a escuridão, oposição ao cristianismo , o horror da morte ,etc. Sempre explorando o lado mais obscuro dos sentimentos.
Estabilizando a formação com a entrada de Engels Bottcher (D)e Cléber Padovan (B) no início de 2004, a banda passa a compor músicas mais agressivas fortalecendo seu estilo próprio de tocar metal sempre inspirando-se nas raízes do estilo e apresentando-se em festivais underground locais.
Em 2005 é gravada a primeira demo “Macabre Rituals of Death” 100% independente, gravada e produzida por seus integrantes.
Em 2006 o Tempestilence grava seu segundo registro intitulado “Under the Ground” . O segundo demo-cd contém quatro músicas inéditas e uma regravação da primeira demo.
Sai o baixista Cleber, que na verdade é guitarrista e estava a muito tempo ajudando a banda nas quatro cordas, entra Gabriel no baixo e a batalha vai seguindo.
Em 2007 ocorrem mais mudanças na formação. Sai o baterista Engels e entra Daniel (ex-Mortage, ex-Allzheimer), e no final do ano sai o guitarrista André e a banda segue como um trio preparando novas composições para gravação.
Em 2008 é criado o site oficial. Finalmente é lançado a primeira coletânea com a participação da banda. Trata-se da Thundergod compilation III onde participamos com a faixa The Flame Burns Eternally. Nesse mesmo ano é lançado pela Nihilistic music a coletânea "Extreme Brazilian Alliance" , que conta com a música Cold Dark Era, sendo esse o primeiro artefato em cd olficial lançado pela banda.
Em 2009 Daniel e Gabriel deixam a banda.
Em 2010 é lançado pela Alcateia distro & productions o 4 way split tape "Southern Abissal Creatures" junto com Inhumane Rites, Laconist e Infection; e também o split tape "Pieces of a dead Divinity" com Mortal Wish. E finalmente é lançado a terceira demo cd "Rotting Alive", também pela Alcateia distro & productions. Esse artefato contém 6 sons gravados ao vivo.

Tempestilence , was born in 2003 with Fábio Lima (v/g) and André Santos(g) in Campinas city(SP/Brazil) , to play extreme metal with lyrics about the coldness and storms, christ oposission, the horror of death etc, aways exploring the darkest side of the feelings.
Completing the line up with Engels Bottcher (d) and Cleber Padovan (b) at the begining of 2004 , Tempestilence start to create more agressive songs and playing on underground fests.
In 2005 was recorded the first demo-cd “Macabre Rituals of Death” 100% independent.
In 2006 the band recorded the second demo-cd “Under the ground”, with four unreleased songs and one re-recorded song from the first demo. The bass player Cleber out of the band and Gabriel join us to continue the battle.
More changes at 2007. Engels, the drummer get out and Daniel (ex-Mortage, ex-Allzheimer), join the band and, at december, the guitar player André was out too.
In 2008 was created the oficial web site. Finally was relesead the first compilation with the band: Thundergod compilation III , where the band plays the track The Flame Burns Eternally.
